JESUS - a person worth knowing

I believe that God was so interested in people he became a human being...to show just how interested he is in us...if God goes through such lengths to show an interest in us shouldn't we take him seriously? The bible is really preaching that we get interested in a person - jesus christ...a person worth getting to know..God is making it easy for us to get to know him...he comes to us in a way that we can relate to...jesus became in all things like us...in the gosples we can read about him...what his personality is like...how he did relate to people when he came...how he healed the sick...he showed compassion...he was interested in people's needs...he loved...his reputation spread..great crowds followed him and hung on his every word...he fed 5000 people at one time that came to hear him and they didnt eat for 3 days...they were prepared to go without food to be in presence...he must have been an interesting person..and it is through this person jesus christ that god is extending an invitation to get to know him...the invitation is come...why not come and get to know this person...that is if you happen to be wondering what god is like and where you can find him...
